Custody of Funds:

Holding custody or access to investor funds is a highly regulated activity that requires a Capital Markets Services (CMS) License issued by the relevant financial regulatory authorities. Tradomatix does not engage in any activity involving the custody of investor funds. All clients retain full custody of their funds directly with authorised and regulated liquidity providers.

Discretionary Trading:
Making investment decisions or executing discretionary trades on behalf of clients is also a highly regulated activity requiring a Capital Markets Services (CMS) License. Tradomatix does not engage in discretionary trading. All trading decisions are made solely through client-controlled licensed software, with each user retaining full discretion and control.

Know Your Customer (KYC):
KYC procedures are a regulatory requirement designed to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) obligations. Tradomatix does not conduct KYC checks. This process is performed exclusively by authorised and regulated liquidity providers.

Role of Tradomatix:
Tradomatix is an artificial intelligence and quantitative trading software firm that develops advanced algorithmic trading solutions for retail and corporate users. Our technology integrates with authorised liquidity providers exclusively via secure API connections, enabling clients to automate and optimise their own trading strategies. We are not a financial advisory firm or fund management company. Tradomatix does not hold custody of investor funds nor execute discretionary trades on behalf of clients — all trading activity remains fully under client control.

Regulatory Integration:
Tradomatix technology integrates with liquidity providers and fund custodians that are regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for corporate users; the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) U.K. for retail users.
